Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Area
Nerd Outfitters currently ships within the United States only.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on location and carrier delivery times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Nerd Outfitters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nerd Outfitters is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can assist if possible.
